What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. You can find an easy-to-use currency converter at www.xe.com/

Do I have to pay any tax?
Canadian orders will be charged 5% GST for children's items and your province's regular sales tax rate (generally 13%) for other items. Residents of other countries are responsible for any taxes they may incur.

How do you ship? How long does it take?
North American orders are sent via Canada Post expedited service or Canpar. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days (not including weekends and holidays), and delivery is usually within 1-5 days depending on your location. If quicker shipment is required, please send me an email after you complete your order, I will do my best to accommodate special shipping requests. We are happy to ship everywhere for a very reasonable cost.

International orders are sent via Canada Post's Small Parcel Air service. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to a few weeks. We will give you more specific information when your order is shipped.

If your order is a gift, I am pleased to enclose a note on your behalf, and to ship directly to the recipient. Just email me this information at info@redthreaddesign.ca

How much does shipping cost?
All Canadian and U.S. orders of $100+ are shipped free across Canada and the United States. For all other orders shipping is based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout. Average shipping costs are $15 for Ontario, $18 for the rest of Canada, $18 for the United States, and $18-$25 for the rest of the world.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments traveling outside of Canada. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

What about returns and exchanges?
We have tried to photograph and describe items accurately, and we are confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our clothing, but if you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund. Please refer to our size info or email us for advice, if you’re unsure of the appropriate size to order.

Please notify us of any returns within 7 days. All sale/discounted items are non-returnable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Caterpillar Dresses

Caterpillar dresses fit from about 12 months to about 3 (sometimes 4) years, first as a knee-length dress, then as a shorter dress, and then as a swing top. The chest measurement is that of an average 3 or 4-year-old.
